Standard shipping Australia wide ($12.95). Free shipping with orders over $175. Receive shipping 2-5 business days.


Local delivery, if you need a bundle in a hurry and live in one of the following post codes, please select the local delivery option at check out and email us at info@loveyouabundle.com We will do what we can to get your bundle to you the quickest way possible! - 2106, 2107, 2108, 2103, 2104, 2105

Express delivery Australia wide ($25). Receive delivery between 1-3 business days.

Local pick up, please select this option at check out. 

If you would like a bundle order for a specific day, please email before ordering.

HOW WILL THE GIFT BE PACKAGED?

Our products are carefully packed into our custom-made gift boxes. We surround them with cushioning wood wool to keep them secure and protected during transit. We place your card inside the box after we have handwritten your note. 

We then place the boxes into one of our shipping cartons to ensure everything arrives safely, securely and looking beautiful.

Our custom-made gift boxes have been designed to be repurposed as a keep sake box or storage box. We would love to see how you use yours. Please tag us on social media and use #usemeabundle so that we can share the creative ways you up-cycle and re-purpose your bundle box.

I’M BUYING THIS AS A GIFT, WILL IT INCLUDE ANY RECEIPTS OR PRICING?

We always assume that our bundles are gifts. The purchaser only will receive a tax invoice for their records.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving Love You a Bundle. We are not responsible for any damages once your package has left our hands. If you have any issues with the quality of your package please contact us at info@loveyouabundle.com and we will take it up with Australia Post.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, Love You a Bundle will not guarantee that goods will not be damaged as a result of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances which are out of Love You a Bundle's control, such as damage sustained during delivery, theft or delay that results in a parcel not arriving at the intended delivery address at the intended time and place. 

WHAT IF NO-ONE IS HOME OR CAN’T GET TO THE DOOR? 

If the recipient isn’t home to receive their Love You a Bundle, our courier’s will look for a safe and dry place to leave it.

If they are unable to find a safe place, they will either be taken to a local postal depot for collection or it may be returned to our warehouse. If it is returned to our warehouse, we will be in touch to arrange re-delivery which will incur re-delivery fees.
